All aboard shuttle for Frontier Days
Frontier Days is coming! We are very excited to celebrate our 35th year as the premiere festival in the Northwest suburbs. It is an amazing place to meet friends and family for a great experience right in Arlington Heights.
There is no better time to show community spirit than at Frontier Days from July 1st through the 5th at Recreation Park. Free entertainment on three stages and fun activities are provided throughout the park. To ensure that we continue to offer these events, we ask you to leave coolers at home, and enjoy the refreshments we offer for purchase.
Frontier Days, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose membership is comprised of hundreds of volunteers. We are supported financially through funds raised from the food and beverages we sell, generous sponsorships, and a portion of the carnival sales. We do not accept financial support from the village or park district. Police and fire protection in the park are expenses solely paid for by Frontier Days.
We appreciate all of our volunteers who assist us before, during, and after the Festival. Thanks also for the services of the Arlington Heights Park District and the Village of Arlington Heights Police, Fire, and Public Works Departments. We couldn't do it without all of you.
Community service is a goal of Frontier Days, and we give back to the community in many ways. We present six scholarships and make contributions to nonprofit community groups who volunteer their time to staff our booths and activities. "Citizens with Disabilities Day" allows families with a special needs member to enjoy free carnival rides, lunch, and entertainment.
Come ride the carnival rides, listen to the bands, and join in the fun! Take advantage of free shuttle service around town; it's the way to travel to Festival!
