Too bad we don't have a leader
When you consider the economic times in the U.S., it is a real shame and disgrace that we have an immature, self-serving person like Obama in the White House, and no real press to actually report the news. As opposed to seeing the real struggle many in this country are going through, the people who are most responsible for causing the problems point fingers from their bully pulpits trying to find a straw man somewhere. We get cheap political manipulation for a power grab, what if we would have seen a mature statesman who realized that this country was made great through its industrial development instead of constantly trying to point out that BP is to blame.
While President Bush is still assailed for not having gone to New Orleans when Mayor Nagen blew it, to show his concern, here we have this impostor waiting more than a week, golfing, before going there.
His EPA head didn't feel there was any need for her to be there, although that might be considered the purpose of the department. As his chief of staff pointed out once, you do not want to waste a catastrophe, let's not get in there with the EPA and National Guard, etc. and try to work together to protect America and the working people.
What a shame, a John F. Kennedy pulled the American people together and aimed them at the moon, imagine if a leader would have pulled all Americans together to unite to protect our country from economic and exploitive attacks that only benefit a few and certainly our enemies. What a shame we have a little boy in the White House.
