Lots of red flags in 'reform' bill

This is not reform, it is a catastrophe.

What happened to tort REFORM, cost containment REFORM, pre-existing condition REFORM?

If this REFORM is so important, why does it not start for years? If it is so fantastic, why have the members of Congress exempted themselves? Why are unions exempt?

Sure seems like a dupe.
