Burlington Central 4, Harvard 1: Nick Hahn (9-0) remained undefeated Tuesday afternoon as the Rockets (27-1, 9-0) picked up a Big Northern East Conference victory over Harvard on the road, showing some stellar defense as they turned 4 double plays. Ray Hunnicutt (HR, RBI), Austin Jarvis (2B, RBI), and Sam Klein (2B) led the Rockets at the plate with 2-for-3 efforts while Hahn threw a complete game on the mound, scattering just 5 hits and giving up 1 unearned run as he struck out 5. The Rockets, who won their 22nd straight game, can finish off an undefeated conference season with a win over Hampshire on Thursday at home.

St. Charles East 7, Elgin 0: The Maroons (4-21, 3-16) were unable to score a run as they were shutout in this Upstate Eight Conference matchup against the Saints on the road. David Penaloza (1-3) suffered the loss on the mound, throwing 6 innings as he gave up 7 hits. Andrew Higdon registered 2 of the 3 Maroon hits on the afternoon to pace the offense.
