King Shan grows in W. Dundee

WEST DUNDEE - Opus North Corp. announced a design-build construction contract with King Shan for a 35,000-square-foot warehouse distribution facility located on 2.48-acres at Oakview Corporate Park in West Dundee.

King Shan is a manufacturer of steel wire and metal fabrication products, and is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. The new facility, designed by Opus Architects & Engineers, is located near original equipment manufacturing clients and will serve as a distribution center.

Construction on the facility is scheduled to begin in early May, with building completion by late September, 2010. Noel Liston from Darwin Realty and Development represented both King Shan and Opus North in the transaction.

Opus North is a full-service design-builder and development firm with expertise in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, government and institutional projects.
