Dist. 15 going through wasteful exercise

I just walked out of the (District 15) meeting where I witnessed government at its worst. Knowing that there is a preponderance of opposition by the taxpayers to the bond issue Chapman goes through his ritual of rules and regulations spending time and money instead of doing something productive like trying to find a sensible compromise.

The school board has attorneys, the objectors have attorneys, and the proponents have attorneys. All wasted time and money but no progress toward a solution.

Chapman wants to play like the 3 stooges in D.C. and push his agenda through despite what we the taxpayers want and can afford. Frustrating and disgusting.
