Dwyane Wade's wife jailed briefly in divorce proceedings

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade's wife is out of custody after posting $10,000.

Siohvaughn Wade turned herself in to authorities in Chicago on Tuesday and then walked out of the downtown courthouse about an hour later.

Wade's release comes a day after a Cook County judge ordered she be taken into custody when she failed to appear for a hearing in the couple's contentious divorce.

Her attorney says Wade always intended to appear in court but didn't after the attorney got into a car accident because she thought the hearing would be postponed.

Cook County Circuit Judge Marya Nega told the attorney that Wade's failure to appear was simply the last incident of her ignoring court orders.
