State of Palatine address set for Wednesday morning

Palatine Mayor Jim Schwantz will give his annual State of the Village address Wednesday morning.

Schwantz, other village officials and the Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce will be part of the gathering that'll start with a meet-and-greet session at 7:30 a.m. at village hall, 200 E. Wood St. The presentation on village affairs is slated to begin at 8 a.m., with a question-and-answer opportunity to follow.

The event is free and open to all residents and businesses.
