Boeing sued for breach of contract

Boeing Co., builder of the 787 Dreamliner passenger plane, has been sued for $175 million by Evergreen International Airlines Inc., which accused the Chicago-based aerospace company of breaking a 20-year contract for it to ferry components for the new jet.

Boeing is based in Chicago.
