Noah doesn't find Cleveland rocking

CLEVELAND - Joakim Noah survived all the jeers and boos from the Cleveland crowd during Saturday's Game 1 loss, then made it clear he can handle a few more.

After the Bulls practiced Sunday at Quicken Loans Arena, Noah lamented a slow off-day by the shores of Lake Erie.

"I don't know about Cleveland, man, there is nothing going on," Noah said, with the comments quickly plastered on the Cleveland Plain-Dealer Web site. "It's bad, man."

Well, Noah could have ventured a few steps from the practice court and braved temperatures in the 40s to watch the Indians take on the White Sox. Few people in general chose that option.

Later in his media interview, Noah added comments that might make him more popular across the NBA. Asked if he watched Saturday's playoff games, Noah shared thoughts on Boston's Kevin Garnett, who was suspended for throwing an elbow at Miami's Quentin Richardson.

"He's unbelievable, that guy. I'm going to say it: He's a dirty player," Noah said. "That's messed up, man. I'm really excited about that series. It's going to be fun. I hope they put (Jamaal) Magloire in more."

Noah was referring to the veteran reserve who might be Miami's most physical big man. Before Garnett's suspension was announced, Noah didn't want to make a recommendation.

"I don't make the decisions, but he's always swinging elbows, man," Noah added. "I'm hurting right now because of an elbow he threw. It's unbelievable. He's a dirty player. It's one thing to be competitive and compete and all that. But don't be a dirty player, man."
