Community groups, let us know all about you

Community groups, clubs, youth sports groups, fraternal organizations, houses of worship and others who regularly contribute news releases to the Daily Herald -- or would like to start: We want to know who you are and how to reach you.

We are organizing a database of contacts in order to communicate with you -- to give tips on getting your items into the paper, alert you to changes in deadlines, help you submit photos and pass along other useful information.

Please e-mail us at dhcontact@dailyherald.com with the following information:

• Name of your organization.

• Web site of your organization.

• What town it meets in; or if not applicable, what town it is based in.

• Name of the primary contact, with an e-mail address that is checked regularly; and a daytime phone number for that person.

• Name of a secondary contact, with an e-mail address that is checked regularly; and a daytime phone number for that person.

Please send an e-mail even if you communicate with us regularly, so we know we have the most up-to-date information on your group, plus a secondary contact.
