Good character is good for business

Everyday newspaper headlines expose a shady politician, CEO, or athlete who got caught. Leaders must have a foundation of strong personal character; character that results in a code of ethics that is inviolate in governing personal and corporate behavior.

Character-centered leadership leads to workplace excellence, which in turn leads to good business, and good business leads to a strong community.
