Elginbull; Jose E. Machado-Aguilar, 27, of the 700 block of Jackson Avenue in Carpentersville, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and aggravated driving while license revoked after a traffic stop at 11:29 p.m. Sunday near Dundee Avenue and Seneca Street, authorities said. Machado-Aguilar, who authorities said had been arrested at least three times before for DUI, now faces four to 15 years in prison if convicted of the new felony charges. He had a passenger under the age of 16 in his 2002 Dodge Ram when he was pulled over, court documents said. No arrests were made.Kane Countybull; Antonio Salgado-Bahena, 46, of the 300 block of Richert Court, Elgin, was cited at 11:51 a.m. Friday for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without a valid license after a rear-end crash at Route 31 and Silver Glen Road in the unincorporated St. Charles area, according to a police report. No injuries were reported.
