Barringtonbull; Thieves stole a cell phone valued at $500 out of a dental office at 129 Park Ave. around 10:15 a.m. March 8.Palatine bull; Ryan O. O'Sullivan, 21, of the 900 block of Sycamore Court, Hoffman Estates, was arrested around 9 a.m. March 6 while he was walking at Plum Grove Road and charged with local ordinance criminal damage to property. Police said he punched an entrance door window at Create A Video, 21 W. Railroad Ave. Damage was estimated at $100. bull; Eddie Fowler, 27, of the 2100 block of North Kenneth Avenue, Chicago, and Venyon T. Fluckers, 33, of the 5800 block of West Rice Street, Chicago, were arrested around 1 p.m. March 7 after officers stopped their car at Dundee and Hicks roads. Both were charged with forgery and theft by deception. Reports said they used five fake $100 American Express checks to purchase an iPod and health items at Walmart, 1555 N. Rand Road. Value was estimated at $365.
