Dance team contest at Oswego East
The Oswego East High School Dance Team will host a Team Dance Illinois Competition on Valentine's Day this year.
Spectators can come and watch dance teams from across the state compete for qualification for the state championship.
Categories include open pom, open dance, lyrical, pom and kick. Doors open at 7 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 14 for squads and spectators. The event runs all day; competitions which begin about 8 a.m. take place about every five minutes at Oswego East High School, 1525 Harvey Road.
Cost is $2 for students, $8 for adults and $5 for seniors. Call (630) 636-2337 for more information.
