Palatine Public Library District to celebrate Beethoven's 250th birthday

Palatine Public Library District will host a concert celebrating Beethoven's 250th birthday. From 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22, violinists Kathryn Siegel and Marty Hackl of Syncronia Duo will perform selections from the composer, plus give a visual and oral narrative on his life.
