Libraries to host virtual lectures on 'Secret Chicago'
Chicago author and photographer Jessica Mlinaric is set for another round of virtual library discussions on her book "Secret Chicago: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful, and Obscure." It explores the Windy City's quirks, secrets and mysteries.
The Gail Borden Public Library in Elgin hosts Mlinaric at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 2. Online admission is free, but registration is required at gailborden.info.
Mlinaric will join with the Antioch Public Library for a free virtual chat at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 11, at apld.info.
Arlington Heights Public Library features Mlinaric for one of its virtual book events at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 25. Admission is free, but advance registration is suggested at ahml.info.
