Tollway secret report needed better play

Why did you bury the article on the secret Illinois tollway report on Page 11 of the Jan. 20 edition? Knowing that state officials have withheld information on what may prove to be a major scandal is unacceptable in today's atmosphere of "sunshining" closed door state politics.

If you couldn't have put this story on Page 1, the least you could have done was switch its location with the story about the bird doctor on Page 3.
