Naperville to offer Commuter Services Event Dec. 14 at Metra station

The City of Naperville will host a Commuter Services event from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14 at the Naperville Metra Station, 105 E. 4th Ave. This event will serve as a convenient opportunity for commuters to complete a variety of commuter-related services at the train station.

During the event, city staff will be available inside the train station building to offer a variety of services, including:

• Hangtag replacement

• Parking account updates

• Naperville Metra Station parking permit waitlist applications

• Route 59 Metra Station parking permit applications

• New Smart Cards/Smart Card replacement

• Temporary Transit Package participants – permit reinstatement or cancelation

For those who cannot attend the event, these services are also available from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St. For assistance with commuter parking at the Naperville or Route 59 Metra stations, residents are encouraged visit the Transportation, Engineering, and Development Business Group, located on the second floor of the Naperville Municipal Center.
