LZHS student to perform on news show

Lake Zurich High School junior Nick Plewtong will perform on the WLS-TV Channel 7 morning news show on Friday, Dec. 16, Lake Zurich Unit District 95 officials announced. Plewtong, who plays the electric violin, will perform the Lady Gaga song “Edge of Glory”. He recently played the song at a school talent show. Plewtong will be interviewed by ABC7’s Judy Hsu and Hosea Sanders at 6:17 a.m., followed by his live performance.
