Pleasant Lane students join in Rudolph Run

On Saturday, Dec. 10, more that 60 students participated in Pleasant Lane School's first annual Rudolph Run.

All runners received Rudolph Antlers for participating and the PTA supplied water and hot chocolate for everyone.

The event was hosted by the Pleasant Lane Student Council and raised more than $500.

These funds will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes and the Cancer Foundation.

According to the run organizers, the event was a huge success in several ways because first it was healthy, second it raised money for great causes, and third it involved the community.
