Six-vehicle crash sends two people to hospital

Two people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries from a six-vehicle crash in Lake Zurich Friday night, authorities said.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Rand Road and Route 22/Main Street around 8 p.m., according to the Lake Zurich Fire Department.

Seven other individuals were evaluated at the scene and released.
