North Aurorabull; Tony Niravong, 22, of the 200 block of Laurel Drive, Batavia, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. Friday at River Road and Interstate 88, according to a police report. He was charged with resisting arrest, driving without a rear registration lamp, failure to display a turn signal, failure to use a stop signal lamp, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. bull; Deborah A.
