Nominations needed for the 2021 Donna Dallesasse Award

Each year at the Harvest Celebration, the Batavia Chamber of Commerce is honored to award one outstanding chamber member with the Donna Dallesasse Award. This highly regarded award is named for Donna Dallesasse, the first full-time executive director of the Batavia Chamber who successfully led the chamber for over 16 years. Her dedication and service had a tremendous impact on the growth and success of the Batavia Chamber as an organization and on the business prosperity in our area.

Now, the Donna Dallesasse Award is given annually to recognize an individual chamber member in good standing for outstanding commitment and dedication to the chamber's mission, vision, and values.

Can you think of someone you have met through the Batavia Chamber of Commerce that has had a positive impact on you or your business?

When you think of the Batavia Chamber of Commerce, do you think of one person that symbolizes business growth and development? Please take this opportunity to thank them with an award nomination.

Potential awardees will be nominated by chamber members in good standing. Nominations should be made in the form of a letter of recommendation to the Chamber of Commerce, received no later than Monday, Aug. 23, stating the reasons why the individual being nominated is worthy of this honor. The nominations will be recommended to the board by the nominations committee, with final determination by board vote. Members of the chamber's board of directors and nominations committee are not eligible. Learn more at www.bataviachamber.org/awards-criteria.
