“Occupying” isn’t working

Any who believe that “Occupy Wall Street” is a groundswell movement akin to the Tea Party are not tracking what’s been going on over the past several years. There is no comparison between these two groups.

For one, the Tea Party was unquestionably a real groundswell movement from its earliest beginnings, composed of peaceful protesters, who were largely hardworking or retired American citizens who love their country and want to restore the principles of representative, constitutional government consistent with the words and aspirations of our Founding Fathers.

The Occupy mobs on the other hand, have been composed of gangbangers, rapists, murderers, malcontents, and militant radicals, who seek to radically change or transform America. A number of them are likely being paid by various organizations and special interest groups to show up to protest and disrupt. We will likely see this repeated all over the nation as we near November 2012.

It’s much easier for these “Occupiers” to blame “Wall Street.” “the rich”, or any number of other “classes within society”, than to do the really hard work of restoring the principles of freedom, personal responsibility and enterprising spirit that once made the United States the envy of the entire World.
