Chicago Express rally falls short
The Chicago Express rallied with a pair of goals in the third period, but they fell short in a 4-3 loss to the Toledo Walleyes at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates.
The Express struck first when Mike Embach scored an unassisted goal at 6:30 of the first period. But Toledo answered with 4 goals in the second period.
Kyle Ostrow brought the Express closer with a goal 5:21 into the third period on an assist from Tyler Donati. Then on a power play, Chaz Johnson scored with 4:54 left to bring the Express within a goal.
