S. Elgin High to stage Dickens classic

“A Christmas Carol,” will be presented by South Elgin High School at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, and Friday, Nov. 18, and 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, in the high school auditorium, 760 E. Main St.

The lead role of Scrooge will be performed by senior Caleb Noffsinger. The production is directed by English and acting teacher Holly McNeill.

Tickets are $8 general admission or $6 for students and seniors. A group rate of $5 per person is available for groups of 10 or more.
