'Yes' only logical vote on Dist. 15 ref

All 20 of District 15 schools are in need of long overdue repairs and improvements. The average monthly cost per taxpayer is less than a Starbuck's coffee. This isn't a difficult decision. Please vote “Yes” on the District 15 referendum.
