OK to carry concealed firearms

Illinois should pass a law to allow citizens to carry concealed firearms. Allowing this to happen would lessen the chance of someone walking up to a random person on the street and trying to grab their purse, wallet or coat.

It will also deter people from using guns as weapons in criminal activity because the perpetrator will not know if the victim has a gun with them or how willing they are to use it.
