No. 12 Wisconsin turns attention to Ohio State

MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin’s hopes to reach the BCS title game are gone for now. A chance at a special season could be next.

The 12th-ranked Badgers face Ohio State in Columbus on Saturday night.

Left guard Travis Frederick says the pressure is off Wisconsin after the Badgers lost on the final play against Michigan State last Saturday. He believes that the Badgers have a “level head” about what’s still at stake the rest of the season.

With the Big Ten playing in two divisions for the first time, the Badgers (6-1, 2-1 Big Ten) still have a chance to reach the Big Ten title game in Indianapolis on Dec. 3 simply by winning their last five games. The Buckeyes (4-3, 1-2) are coming off a bye week.
