Advocate Condell gala to benefit cancer care

Presented by the Auxiliary of Advocate Condell Medical Center, the Gala 2011, ¡Viva La Noche! is set for Oct. 15.

The event is 6 to 11 p.m., at Ravinia in Highland Park.

Tickets are $250 per person. Raffle tickets are available for $20 each or 6 for $100 (two winners will be drawn — winners need not be present). Sponsorship opportunities are still available.

The evening will feature cocktails, a gourmet dinner, live auction, raffle for iPad 2 and entertainment provided by the Bandoleros.

Complimentary valet parking is available at Ravinia's main gate (Tyler Gate) located at 201 St. Johns St. Black tie is optional.

Cancer care services at Advocate Condell Medical Center offers patients a compassionate and multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis, treatment and recovery. By providing a range of education and support services, the hospital can better meet the varied needs of cancer patients and their families.

Gifts to Gala 2011 will help Advocate Condell fund a new nurse navigator program, enhance community education and outreach and provide additional spiritual and social services for patients, survivors and their families.
