Palatine councilman hosts residents’ meeting Oct. 19

Palatine Councilman Scott Lamerand will host a District 2 residents’ meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19 at village hall council chambers, 200 E. Wood St., Palatine. All residents are invited to attend the session, which will cover topics including police and fire department updates, economic developments, construction projects, the village’s financial outlook and property taxes. Mayor Jim Schwantz and staff will be on hand to help present and answer questions. There will be an open dialogue and an opportunity to discuss other topics.
