Oak Brook-based CenterPoint Properties CEO Mike Mullen has stepped down and has been replaced by company President Paul Fisher.

Mullen will remain with the firm as vice chairman of the board of trustees and a member of the firm's asset allocation committee, the company said in a release. Fisher will become President and CEO of the company.
