ComEd to attend Oct. 17 Palatine council meeting

A representative from ComEd will attend the Palatine village council meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17 to discuss its services and the July 23 storm that resulted in record rainfall and widespread power outages across the region.

Representatives of the utility company have appeared similar meetings in suburbs, including Wheeling, Buffalo Grove and Highland Park, to face questions from residents about its storm response and service.

The meeting will take place at Palatine village hall, 200 E. Wood St.
