Retired chief speaks in Grayslake
Retired Grayslake Police Chief Larry Herzog will return to the village as a guest speaker. Herzog will be featured at a Grayslake Historical Society gathering 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14.
It’ll be at the Grayslake Heritage Center, 164 Hawley St. Herzog is expected to share memories from his long career in law enforcement. Refreshments will be served. For more information contact the Grayslake Historical Society at (847) 223-7663 or email charenehan@aol.com.
