Hoffman Estates holds health seminar
The Hoffman Estates Department of Health and Human Services, along with the Illinois Department on Aging, will be offering a free workshop for older adults entitled, “Take Charge of Your Health.”
The interactive program will help participants learn how to thrive with a chronic disease and manage their symptoms. The six-week program will be held on Thursday mornings, beginning Sept. 15, from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the Hoffman Estates Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Road.
