Hoffman Estates Advocacy Center hosts fundraiser

The Children’s Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County will host a fundraiser, “Take a Chance on Children Casino Nite,” from 6 to 11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at Millrose Restaurant & Banquets, 45 S. Barrington Road, South Barrington. It’s the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Hoffman Estates-based center, which provides services to abused children and their families. The night will feature three Texas Hold’em tournaments and a raffle. Registration is $30. For information, visit cachelps.org.
