2 men killed by suburban Chicago commuter train

Authorities are investigating the deaths of two men who were struck by a commuter train near Cicero.

Officials say it isn't clear what the men were doing on the tracks. They were struck by a Metra train en route to Aurora late Monday.

Metra spokesman Michael Gillis says the accident didn't happen at a crossing.

Police say a 30-year-old man died at the scene, and a 53-year-old man died at Stroger Hospital early Tuesday.
