‘Superman’ extras sought

Warner Bros. seeks extras to appear in its upcoming “Superman” film sequel. Open casting calls are to be held in Naperville, Chicago and Plano in anticipation of filming later this summer.

The Naperville casting call will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 18, at DePaul University’s Naperville Campus, 150 W. Warrenville Road, Naperville.

The Chicago casting call will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at the Chicago Academy for the Arts, 1010 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago.

The Plano casting call will be 6 to 8 p.m. at Plano High School Gymnasium, 704 W. Abe St., Plano.
