Man with Alzheimer’s found

A 73-year-old Hanover Park man with Alzheimer’s disease who was reported missing by his family early Tuesday morning was found unharmed Tuesday night, according to police.

The man was last seen by his family at 6 a.m. Tuesday as he left for a walk and was found Tuesday night far his home, said Hanover Park Police Department Deputy Chief Tom Cortese. Police said the man was being evaluated at an area hospital Tuesday night but appeared to be fine.
