Condell offers stroke screenings in Libertyville

Advocate Condell Medical Center is partnering with Life Line Screenings to offer stroke prevention screenings on Friday, June 17.

A range of tests, including a stroke/carotid artery screening, a heart rhythm screening, an abdominal aortic aneurysm screening, a peripheral arterial disease screening and an osteoporosis risk assessment will be available.

Prices range from $35 to $60 for single tests, or all five screenings for $149.

The screenings are at Advocate Condell’s conference center, on the hospital campus, 801 S. Milwaukee Ave. in Libertyville. Registration is required at (800) 779-6353.
