Kane County tax bills due June 1

The first installment for paying Kane County 2010 tax bills is due June 1, the second Sept. 1.

Taxpayers can go to kanecountytreasurer.org to view current tax information and print out duplicate bills. Also available on the website is a list of all unclaimed funds held by the treasurer.

To make a payment: Go to the treasurer’s office at the Government Center, 719 S. Batavia Ave. in Geneva between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays, visit any of the designated banks within the county, drop the payment in the property tax drop box behind Building A at the Government Center, or pay online at the website.
