Are White Sox looking at ex-Met Delgado?

DETROIT -- The nonwaiver trade deadline has passed, but the rumors continue to fly.

Not surprisingly, the White Sox might be taking a look at Carlos Delgado, even though he is still recovering from hip surgery and hasn't played this season.

The 38-year-old left-hander has reportedly been hitting since the beginning of June and Delgado said he could be ready to go quickly.

No really is buying this one.
