Arlington Hts. plays host to Freedom Run

For eight years, Salute Inc. has hosted the 5K/10K Run & 5K Walk in Arlington Heights on Memorial Day weekend. The Got Freedom? run was started in hopes to help just one military family. Fast forward eight years, the group has helped hundreds of military families.

This year’s event starts at 8 a.m. Sunday, May 29 at the corner of Minder and Dryden streets in Arlington Heights. Cost to register is $30 and registration closes at 10 a.m. Friday, May 27.

Salute Inc. cannot help these families without you. We need your help to make this race count. Raise funds for your efforts, and your fundraising dollars will go to our military families that need our help.
