At a glance: The marquee matchup is Saturday, when Dempster takes on ex-Cub Lilly, whom the Cubs traded to L.A. last July. Look for Jeff Baker to get a start at second base against Lilly. Baker is 3-for-6 vs. Lilly, and Marlon Byrd is 5-for-11. Against Dempster, Andre Either is 7-for-17. Ethier is 6-for-13 vs. Zambrano. The Cubs entered Thursday second in team batting average (. 277) and sixth in OBP (.331). The Dodgers were 10th in average (.253) and 14th in OBP (.309). The two teams were near the bottom in ERA, with the Cubs at 4.61 and the Dodgers at 4.66.
