Aurora University holds open house

Aurora University will offer information for prospective freshmen during an open house Saturday, April 16, in Crimi Auditorium, in the Institute for Collaboration, 407 S. Calumet Ave.

Registration is at 8:45 a.m., followed by the program at 9:15 a.m. The event will include a continental breakfast, presentations by university faculty and staff, and scholarship and financial aid information.

An academic fair in Thornton Gymnasium will allow students to meet faculty and explore more than 40 majors offered at AU. Tours of the campus and a lunch will conclude the event.

Fall classes begin Aug. 29. Admission applications are being accepted.
