Hoffman Estates board holds coffee

In conjunction with the Hoffman Estates “Coffee with the Board” at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 16, the village's Code Enforcement Division will be available to answer questions on home improvement projects, permits, energy assessments, backflow prevention and property maintenance from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the village hall, 1900 Hassell Road. Meet inspectors, pick up educational handouts and learn how to save up to 30 percent on energy bills. The board coffees in the village hall council chambers provide a relaxed setting to speak with the mayor and board of trustees. Residents are invited to express opinions, ask questions and provide input on items of interest in their community. Coffee will be served.
