Thanks for making things clear, GOP

A sincere thanks to the GOP for your efforts the past 18 months. Your steady nationwide offensive has galvanized so many people towards a common goal.

Seniors are revved up due to your cuts in Medicare benefits. Women are motivated due to your attempts to weaken national rape laws and remove funding for their health care needs. Students are motivated because of your reductions to financial aid assistance.

The disabled and poor are encouraged because of your cuts to Medicaid and food aid. Public sector employees across the nation, including teachers, police and firefighters, are inspired because of your work to slash their pay and benefits. Never before have so many different voting blocs been spurred toward a common goal.

So, again, thanks so much for your work to alienate so many people, many of whom were staunch followers of yours in the past. You have made the thought of the 2012 elections look so much brighter for all of us on the other side of the political spectrum.
