Free health fair Saturday in Buffalo Grove

A free health fair is being held from 9 to noon Saturday, April 9, at the Arboretum Club, 401 Half Day Road, Buffalo Grove. With more than 30 exhibitors, the event will offer services and information to people of all ages. It will include interactive demonstrations such as martial arts, exercise and dancing demonstrations. There will be chair massages, postural assessments, flexibility and body fat tests. Businesses will offer blood pressure and adrenal checkups as well as glucose screening tests. Crime prevention education and infant car seat checks will be offered by the police and fire departments.
