World peace not just up to U.S.

Since World War I, America has had the strongest economy in the world and has extended its reach to all corners of the globe in order to keep the peace.

The United States no longer has the resources to do this. This is a hard truth to acknowledge but a very obvious one. Finding the money to pay for our internal development and our foreign debt is challenge enough for us.

Keeping the peace in the world is going to require a collective effort by the major powers.
